Improvised Ottoman Archie WW1

The first of three different WW1 Ottoman Anti-Aircraft elements. This one inspired by the guns in background of the period photo showing guns used at Gallipoli. The figures are converted Perry Sudan Egyptian gunners, a Woodbine gunner and the gun is the carriage from the Perry Krupp 6pdr with an Irregular Miniatures barrel from the bits box. The whole wooden structure is made up of matchsticks, thick card and a couple of circular MDF bases. A pedestal mounted gun and a Maxim on a wheel will follow.

That looks remarkably dangerous.... for the Turks.

Nicely done.

All the best. Aly

Now that must have been a brilliant conversation to overhear, "I tell you what chaps let's take a field piece and point it at the sky!" Outstanding again Mark.
