Eureka Miniatures 28mm Rhodesian Light Infantry

I am not a natural painter of "modern" subjects and the painting of camouflage usually leaves me cold, but I was asked to paint up this small collection of Rhodesian Light Infantry from the Eureka Miniatures' 28mm African Wars range and, fancying a bit of a change, I accepted the task. The chap kneeing is a Selous Scout Tracker. I have tried to give the flesh tones a warmer, more sun-tanned look.

The first half dozen of twenty-odd of these Afghan figures from the Eureka Miniatures 28mm Modern range. The sole output since my last post due to some difficult times at home that look set to continue for the near future. Such is life.
