Perry Miniatures: Chevau-légers lanciers de Berg 2.

The Elite Company. The original heads have been replaced with Perry plastic Elite Company Hussar heads. The plumes are from the original headgear. These are fuller than the plastic plumes and will be in keeping with the rest of the metal figures. A little greenstuff here and there to modify the uniform slightly.

Nice figures Mark,
Wish I could get such vibrate colour effects on my figures. What paints do you use? Vallejo?
Cheers

To be honest, Paul, these figures are a true mixture! The green uniform is Foundry French Dragoon Green, the aramanth (pink) is mixed from Coat D'Arms Russet Red with added white, the reds on the plume and epaulettes are three Vallejo shades or red (the highlight being scarlet). The tones on the horses are all Vallejo with the white socks and noses being Foundry Boneyard. My collection of paints contains Foundry, Vallejo Model Colour, Coat D'Arms, Miniatures Paints, Flesh tones from umpteen manufacturers, a few GW pots of odd colours and a number of "hobby" acrylics.

Beautiful painting the aramanth would catch the eye on all tables. Thank you for placing them up.
