Painted up as 11th Light Dragoons. Some liberties taken with the uniform.... the turban on the helmet should, by this date, be black rather than in the facing colour. It adds, however, some lightness to the overall appearance. I have an officer on the table as I type.

ReplyDeleteThe blue is A base of Vallejo Model Colour Dark Prussian Blue, mid tone VMC Prussian Blue and the highlight a 50/50 mix of VMC Prussian Blue with VMC Dark Blue.
The bay horse is a base coat of Vallejo Panzer Aces Dark Rust,a mid tone of VMC Flat Brown with the highlight of VMC Mahogany Brown.
