I had almost forgotten about colour.

It has been quite some time since I painted any Napoleonic subjects so it came as a surprise to be asked to paint up a small number of figures that would be used somewhere in the Peninsula. Here are the first three. Front Rank French infantry painted up as Foot Artllery gunners on the march as per instruction.

Lovely painting and colourful as you said. Much nicer than drab.

Great job on these figures Mark - hard to go wrong with Front Rank figures - in my opinion THE best 28mm figures for painting
